This position was created to support the development and growth of our two influenza vaccines, Flucelvax® and Fluad®, in France, across all target markets.

The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Supporting the Marketing Lead in the identification, assessment & implementation of relevant cross-functional marketing initiatives aiming at driving growth, improving customer experience, and strengthening the company’s market positioning.

  • Engaging and aligning internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, IT, medical…) and external partners, including field force, to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope with strategic initiatives.

  • Ensuring the implementation of strategy in a compliant way for Vifor France and CSL Seqirus.

Accountabilities:

Operational excellence

Cross-Functional Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate strategic marketing projects across multiple departments.

  • Define project objectives, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Communication & Change Management

  • Ensure clear and structured communication between teams involved in each project.

  • Ensure internal & external (including filed force) engagement & alignment with strategic initiatives.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations during internal meetings or sales conventions, explaining the business objectives, marketing rationale, and operational rollout of new projects.

  • When relevant, ensure that field teams are fully trained & equipped with the right tools, materials, and understanding to implement new initiatives effectively. Provide day-to-day operational support, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives across departments

Performance & Reporting

  • Deliver all material and tools by paying attention to details to ensure:

    • On-time delivery

High level of standard.

  • High level of customer orientation.

  • Alignment with regulatory & law requirements & internal processes

  • Ensure return on investment of the various projects implemented:

    • Track key marketing project KPIs

    • Measure outcomes, both qualitatively & quantitatively

    • Propose corrective action when necessary

    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on data and user feedback.

The projects include but are not limited to:

  • Client Experience & Service Innovation

    • Design and implement new services and experiences that add value for customers (e.g. digital tools, personalized content, customer portals, webinars, …).

    • Work with sales, customer support and product teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

  • Digital & Website Development

    • Propose & coordinate the evolution of the website: UX/UI improvements, SEA, SEO, content strategy, performance tracking…

    • Collaborate with IT and external agencies to manage new features & contents, digital service integrations…

  • Channel Development & Go-to-Market

    • Identify, assess and develop new Go-to-Market channels (e.g., hospitals, nursing home, private insurances, …)

    • Support launch strategies for those new business opportunities .

    • Analyze performance and optimize channel effectiveness.

Brand Strategy

  • Participate in developing brand strategies, to pharmacists and retail pharmacy supply groups as well as to other relevant commercial targets.

  • Ensure alignment between marketing goals and overall business strategy.

  • Develop a solid understanding of vaccine market, customers and competitors to identify & improve competitive advantage

  • Support collection of market data and competitive intelligence information, provide market analysis around competitors and brands, monitor market dynamics and communicate changes in market

  • Localize relevant initiatives and tools from international team and other countries.

Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with all internal and external policies

Requirements:

  • University degree or higher degree

  • Training in science and / or marketing

  • 5-7 years' marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Marketing experience in retail pharmacy business
