How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

 

Les services TGCM de la Business Line Electronique ont pour mission de réaliser l’exploitation et la maintenance courante des systèmes de distribution gaz et chimie sous contrat de service. Ces installations sont basées directement sur des sites clients Electronique.

Pour le site STMICROELECTRONICS de ROUSSET, le/la Responsable Exploitation (F/H), dans le respect des règles de qualité, de sécurité et d’environnement, supervise une équipe de techniciens en charge du maintien en distribution des installations client.

Il/elle contribue à l'efficacité industrielle par la fiabilisation des installations et l'optimisation des outils de production et de distribution du client

 

La ou le Responsable d'Exploitation:

• Supervise des opérations quotidiennes d’exploitation pour garantir une efficacité optimale des systèmes.

• Encadre et manage une équipe de techniciens pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.

• Organise l’exploitation des installations, de la planification à l'exécution.

• Assure la conformité réglementaire des installations et des interventions selon les procédures du groupe en y intégrant les aspects sécurité et environnementales.

 

Are you a MATCH?

 

Profil:

• Bac + 2/3 technique avec 5 ans d’expérience en Production ou Maintenance dans l'industrie (dans la chimie, pétrole, nucléaire ou autres..)

• Une première expérience managériale serait souhaitable.

• Capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées dans des situations complexes.

• Excellentes compétences en gestion d'équipe et en communication.

• Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution.

• Rigoureux

• Anglais professionnel.
