Your Tasks

• Support in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans and project management templates
• Maintenance and updating of databases, budget calculations, etc.
• Maintenance of central SharePoint pages
• Support for new initiatives and projects
• Identification and research of AI trends and innovations
• Assistance in the creation of PowerPoint presentations, preparation of workshops, etc.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree with a focus on Business Information Systems, Communication, or Business Administration
• Ideally, initial professional experience through training, internships, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Very good technical understanding and proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Proactive working style and high willingness to learn
• Teamwork
• Very good English skills
