About this Position
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the deployment and rollout of Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ (HAT) Digital Engagement Platform (DEP) and play a key role in the setup of a new Translation Management System (TMS). A special focus of this internship will be on designing and optimizing workflows that leverage advanced and AI-enabled functionalities of the TMS, helping Henkel streamline localization processes and improve efficiency across global markets. This role provides hands-on experience in digital project management, workflow optimization and AI-driven localization — all within the context of a large-scale international digital transformation.What you´ll do
- Support the setup and implementation of the new TMS, focusing on workflow design, automation and AI functionalities
- Assist in evaluating and documenting best practices for translation and localization workflows
- Contribute to the planning and execution of DEP rollouts across multiple markets
- Help prepare, track and align localized content to ensure consistency and readiness
- Develop clear playbooks, guides and process documentation to support country teams and end users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, digital marketing, regional teams) to ensure smooth adoption of both DEP and TMS
- Participate in testing activities to validate workflows, automation and content quality
- Support training and onboarding sessions for stakeholders using the new systems
What makes you a good fit
- Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, digital media, translation studies or a related field
- First experience (through internships, projects, or student roles) in digital project management, marketing operations or localization is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; additional languages a plus
- Strong interest in digital transformation, workflow automation and AI-driven tools
- Curiosity for translation technologies and eagerness to learn about workflow design and optimization
- Analytical, structured and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency
- Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
- Experience in agile ways of working preferred

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
