Radiologic Technologist (C-Arm)
Full-Time | $30–$32 per hour | Monday–Friday

Now, we’re seeking a Radiologic Technologist (C-Arm) to join our newest Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Joliet. In this vital role, you’ll directly contribute to safe, accurate procedures that improve lives through meaningful, evidence-based care.
The Opportunity
As our Radiologic Technologist, you’ll be at the forefront of intra-operative imaging and patient safety. You'll work closely with physicians and nurses in a fast-paced ASC setting to deliver precise, real-time radiologic support. Your work ensures not only clear imaging but also smooth patient flow, high safety standards, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Radiologic & Clinical Operations
- Perform radiologic/fluoroscopic procedures in compliance with all policies, protocols, and safety standards
- Calibrate, position, and operate C-Arm equipment to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals or contrast agents as needed
- Minimize radiation exposure through protective techniques and proper settings
Patient Care & Communication
- Support nursing staff with patient care and management throughout procedures
- Accurately and promptly record, label, and maintain patient data and procedure logs
- Communicate patient information clearly and timely to the Registered Nurse
Equipment & Safety Compliance
- Maintain and sterilize radiologic equipment; report any malfunctions
- Monitor and document annual lead apron integrity
- Adhere to infection-control and drug protocols; provide first aid or use emergency equipment as necessary
- Complete all required annual safety and compliance training
Administrative & Supply Management
- Manage supply inventory: monitor usage, place orders, and verify deliveries
- Assist with administrative duties including forms and documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Radiography from an accredited program (required)
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the state (required)
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (required)
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare management experience (required)
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Use of both hands for handling and reaching
- Frequent lifting/moving up to 10 lbs; occasional lifting/moving up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push up to 300 lbs
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Clear communication abilities (with or without reasonable accommodation)
