Location: Boise, Idaho

Schedule: PRN / As Needed (varied hours, including some weekends)
Pay Range: $37–$47 per hour (weekends)

Aspen Transitional Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dependable Admissions Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. This position plays a vital role in welcoming new patients and ensuring a smooth, professional, and caring admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete patient admissions, ensuring all documentation is thorough and compliant.  
• Conduct clinical assessments and collaborate with physicians, staff, and families.  
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.  
• Represent Aspen Transitional Rehab with professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence.  
• Support weekend and occasional weekday admissions as needed.  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Idaho (required). 
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
