We’re looking for a Clinic Site Supervisor to join our collaborative, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with multifaceted office supervisory experience (preferably in a medical setting) who values teamwork, professional growth, and making a real impact in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Health Center Manager and front office staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee clinic schedules, workflow, and quality metrics to deliver an excellent patient experience.
- Supervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.
- Monitor operations, address challenges, and contribute to process improvements.
- Train and mentor front office representatives.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration or 3+ years of medical management experience.
- Minimum 2 years recent supervisory experience in a healthcare/medical office environment.
- Strong knowledge of medical office practices, coding/billing, and electronic medical records (preferably eClinicalWorks).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and CHA’s core values.
