PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
A. ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Maintains Health Record System according to Federal, State, and Companyregulations and policies.
- Maintains a safe and sanitary working environment.
B. SUPERVISORY:
- Meets unit work goals through assignment of staff to resident care needs.
- Monitors staff performance through coaching and praising.
- Recognizes effective performance (or) takes direct corrective action after coaching/counseling as needed.
C. CONSUMER SERVICE:
- Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech.
- Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
- Ensures that all consumer and resident rights are protected.
D. QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong written and verbal skills in English for business necessity.
- Administrative and organizational abilities necessary.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Prior Health Record experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
