About The Role
This is a full-time, onsite role as an Engagement Manager at our Berlin HQ, preceded with a three-month rotational program with a pathway into a technical customer-facing role. You'll join a cohort of technical talent who build deep product expertise and customer engagement skills from day one—culminating in a position where you'll drive customer success, technical implementation, and long-term account growth for leading organizations adopting AI.

Program Structure
Our Engagement Manager position is preceded by a three-month rotation designed to prepare you for the role:
Month 1: Foundations in Customer Success & Account Management
Intensive onboarding, product mastery, and shadowing of customer calls and workshops
Month 2: Building in Solutions Engineering
Hands-on with building assistants/workflows, implementing use cases, and supporting integrations for customers
Month 3: Selling in Sales & Partnerships
Shadowing and supporting sales and partnership calls, learning how to qualify, pitch, and close deals
Upon graduation, you'll transition into an Engagement Manager role, equipped with deep product knowledge, technical implementation skills, and the ability to design and deliver solutions that drive measurable customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
Master Langdock's AI platform through daily product interactions and real use cases
Build assistants/workflows for yourself, the team, and customers
Lead customer workshops, technical deep-dives, and implementation sessions
Design and architect solutions for high-value use cases across diverse customer environments
Own the technical relationship with key accounts, ensuring adoption, expansion, and renewal
Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and strategy

About You
Early adopter of AI, excited about its possibilities
Strong technical foundation (databases, APIs, cloud applications, system integrations)
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong written and verbal communication in English and German
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Team player who communicates well with diverse stakeholders—from engineers to C-suite
Eager to build a customer-facing career at the intersection of technical implementation and AI
Qualifications
Experience in fast-paced environments
Technical background (engineering, computer science, technical consulting) or demonstrated ability to quickly master technical concepts
Customer-facing or implementation experience is a plus
Consistent record of achievement
German language skills are required for this role
