In this role, you’ll represent top commercial truck brands — Ford, Kenworth, and Isuzu — selling both new and used vehicles. The ideal candidate brings fleet or commercial sales experience (medium-duty to Class 8) and thrives in a high-performance, quota-driven environment.

Compensation & Schedule:
- 💲 $100,000–$200,000 Total Compensation | Robust Commission Structure
- Monday – Friday | Full-Time | Benefits Eligible

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Identify and qualify potential clients via phone and in-person visits
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Stay informed on industry trends and apply product knowledge effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales strategies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven sales experience; prior truck sales strongly preferred
- Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
