Location: Simi Valley, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 per year

We’re currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple Class B and Class C properties in the Simi Valley area. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills who enjoys taking ownership, driving improvement, and stabilizing underperforming assets.
You’ll have the flexibility to work hybrid, balancing remote responsibilities with on-site visits 3–4 days a week. This is a high-impact opportunity with room for growth in a nationwide property management company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 80+ multifamily units at multiple sites.
- Lead, train, and support on-site staff including maintenance teams.
- Develop and manage budgets, variance reports, and expense tracking.
- Implement strategies to improve occupancy, resident retention, and property value.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Class B or Class C multifamily properties.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and sites.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
- Prior experience stabilizing distressed assets or repositioning properties.
