Position: Party Host

Job Overview:

Join Sofive Soccer Centers as a Party Host. You will manage soccer-themed events and birthday parties, covering setup, guest engagement, supervision of activities, and cleanup. Party Hosts also help drive revenue by presenting Sofive’s add-on options such as extra field time, food and beverage packages, and coaching services.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Welcome guests, manage event flow, and ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable experience.
• Prepare, clean and reset event spaces, assist with food, beverage, and equipment.
• Supervise on-field or party activities and support coaches/referees when scheduled.
• Promote and upsell Sofive offerings including coaching staff, extended bookings, and party upgrades.
• Report guest feedback, issues, or additional needs to the Manager.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
• Weekend and evening availability required.
• Hospitality, events, or sales experience preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for setup and cleanup.

Pay Rate: $20
