We are hiring a Receptionist to join our team at our French Camp office.
Must reside in California - on site position.

Under direct supervision, responsible for greeting customers, routing incoming phone calls and responding to basic inquiries.

Essential Functions:
- Greets, screens and directs visitors to appropriate parties and/or resources.
- Receives, screens and routes incoming calls to appropriate person or department.
- Takes and routes messages.
- Provides routine information to callers, visitors and others as needed.
- Assists with department and corporate projects as needed.
- Assists with sorting and distributing incoming mail.

- Proficient (as defined by HPSJ’s Cultural and Linguistics Program) in one of HPSJ’s threshold languages.
What You Have:
Education and Experience
Required
- High school diploma or general education degree; and
- At least one year handling minimal call volume (0-30 per day).
Preferred
- Experience as a receptionist
- Experience in a healthcare environment.
