CTG is seeking a Technical Specialist with expertise in network system technologies to support, maintain, and optimize vendor products and solutions. This role focuses on troubleshooting, resolving critical client issues, and driving innovative solutions through emerging tools and automation.

 

Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 18 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, size, and resolve critical network system issues.

  • Analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and streamline workflows.

  • Lead initiatives to automate processes and improve efficiency.

  • Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in one or more network system technologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to lead projects and work independently.

  • Proficient with digital tools and AI for collaboration.

  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to work with diverse teams.

Experience & Education:

  • Experience supporting and maintaining network systems in a professional environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
