Obtainand develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managingexisting portfolio
Senior-level lending position
Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans
PromoteBancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existingclientele
Participationin various community and public events
Consistentexecution of policies and procedures
Extraordinarycustomer service at all times
Outsidebusiness development calls required
Assistwith other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

REQUIREMENTS
BachelorsDegree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
Minimum5 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
Experiencein negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
Musthave ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed creditmemorandums
Musthave current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including,but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
Musthave ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
PromoteRetail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
Willingto participate in community events
Outsidebusiness development calls required
Workwell under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Mustbe able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
