• Oversee planning and execution of gaming and casino projects, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and stakeholder coordination
• Manage the design process by developing project scope, facilitating RFPs, selecting designers, and incorporating best practices across departments
• Ensure project budgets and schedules are maintained by coordinating with contractors, engineers, and design teams, conducting value engineering, and addressing any potential cost or timeline impacts
• Oversee construction activities, including contractor selection, bid reviews, contract negotiations, site access, progress monitoring, and compliance with plans and specifications
• Manage procurement and installation of FF&E, ensuring proper research, cost evaluation, delivery, and integration into facility operations

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field required; LEED AP preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in project management or construction industry required. Casino and gaming construction industry preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an owner's representative, lead project manager, or construction manager for projects exceeding $50 million required.
• Construction project management experience in ground-up construction and renovations to existing facilities   
• Knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, negotiating, and awarding contracts is required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Blue Beam required.
