Job Description:

SQLI is seeking a highly motivated and talented Product Analyst, specialized in retail digital 
systems
, to join our dynamic “Client & Market” team. In this role, you will contribute to the 
development, rollout, and optimization of retail digital solutions across one of the most luxurius brands in the world.
As a Product Analyst, you will gather and analyze business needs, translate them into functional 
requirements, and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery. You will 
work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Subject Matter Expert, and 
Program Managers, providing support from the early stages of requirement gathering to postimplementation and hypercare.
This role requires strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to operate 
in a global environment with distributed teams across different time zones.
 

What is this all about?

  • Act as the main interface between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail-related initiatives.
  • Conduct business analysis activities, including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and documentation of current and future states to support solution design.
  • Own and lead retail-related projects and sub-streams within global deployment programs.
  • Conduct project planning and coordination activities related to retail system rollouts.
  • Drive gap analysis, capture and refine functional requirements, and track design decisions.
  • Coordinate and execute boutique rollouts, including infrastructure setup and onsite support.
  • Lead cutover activities in coordination with infrastructure, markets, brands, and support teams
  • Ensure proper follow-up of post-rollout hypercare and resolution of retail-specific issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues involving SAP, POS, and GK systems.
  • Collaborate with other delivery streams to ensure alignment of retail solutions with program timelines and milestones.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools for project tracking.
  • Monitor and report on SLAs, ensuring that support and delivery expectations are consistently met.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure proper controls are applied.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and escalate issues proactively.
  • Actively support and mentor team members, promoting collaboration and shared ownership of deliverables.
  • Provide support for retail solutions, ensuring timely issue resolution and coordination with technical teams when escalation is needed
Qualifications:

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid experience with SAP Retail, especially in:

                     - SAP & POS interface integration
                     - SAP SD order management, pricing, finance integration
                     - SAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad (functional knowledge)

  • GK POS expertise: installation, configuration, log retrieval, troubleshooting
  • Experience in inventory management tools such as Sovia
  • Familiarity with infrastructure coordination and EFT terminal deployment
  • Experience applying business analysis techniques, such as use case modeling, process flow diagrams, and user story definition.
  • Understanding of cutover plans, hypercare methodology, and incident follow-up
  • Ability to investigate OSS notes before raising support tickets
  • Strong skills in managing end-to-end project deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and processes to manage incidents, requests, and change tracking related to retail systems.
