Location: Grapevine – Hybrid

Job Summary:

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy to enhance brand awareness and market presence. This role involves overseeing the creation of marketing materials, managing brand campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand initiatives, analyze market trends, and develop strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness and market share.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Manage the development of brand assets and marketing materials to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand positioning and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure brand alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the budget for brand initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all departments and channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, including social media and digital marketing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
