Bucky Plastic Surgery, one of our valued partners, is looking for a Clinical Nurse to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Philadelphia, PA.

Bucky Plastic Surgery, led by Dr. Louis P. Bucky, MD, FACS, is a premier aesthetic practice serving the Greater Philadelphia area. With more than 25 years of experience and over 1,000 face, breast, and body procedures performed annually, the practice blends surgical precision with non-surgical and wellness-focused treatments to deliver natural, beautiful results.
About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse will support Dr. Bucky and the surgical team by independently managing pre- and post-operative patient care, assisting in clinic procedures, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, excellent judgment, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both patients and providers in a busy surgical environment.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time onsite position (≈40 hours/week) with standard hours 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional weekends (1-2x/year) may be required for events or busy periods.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage pre- and post-operative appointments, including dressing changes, drain removal, suture removal, and patient education.
- Support Dr. Bucky in clinic, assisting with patient assessments and in-office procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical PA during clinical procedures as needed.
- Triage patient concerns and provide timely, compassionate communication and follow-up.
- Administer injections for wellness or weight-loss programs as backup support (secondary to primary clinical duties).
- Maintain accurate documentation, medical records, and patient communication logs.
- Assist in maintaining efficient clinic operations and a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Other clinical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active Pennsylvania license.
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a surgical, medical, or aesthetic practice.
- Strong understanding of post-surgical care, wound management, and patient safety.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
