What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Transportation/Logistics, or related area of study

·         3+ years of related full-time work experience

·         Quantitative analytical experience in business, engineering, operations, or similar field

·         Demonstrated strategic thinking skills

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills, Excel experience

·         Strong verbal written and communication skills

·         Exceptional relationship building skills

·         Ability to take complex problems and build logical solution frameworks

·         Ability to take initiative and drive action

·         Ability to organize and keep track of many facts

·         Ability to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast paced changing environment

·         Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
