We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer Manager to lead Eberjey’s influencer program. This role will be responsible for owning and scaling influencer strategy — from gifting programs and organic partnerships to paid campaigns and long-term ambassador relationships. As part of the brand marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our paid media, affiliate, and social teams to integrate influencer content into broader campaigns and drive measurable business results.

What You'll Do

Influencer Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy aligned with brand, paid, and affiliate goals.
· Manage full lifecycle of influencer partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, execution, and reporting.
· Build and scale influencer tiers — from VIP partners and mid-tier creators to micro-influencers — to support both brand storytelling and performance marketing objectives.
 
Gifting & Organic Programs
· Oversee Eberjey’s gifting strategy to drive authentic product seeding and organic content creation.
· Identify and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers who authentically align with Eberjey’s brand values and aesthetic.
· Build and manage a growing ambassador community with a focus on long-term partnerships and loyalty.

Success in This Role Will Be Measured By
·       Increased influencer ROI (lower cost per engagement and stronger conversion metrics).
·       Growth of a high-impact ambassador program built on long-term relationships.
·       Expanded organic content creation pipeline to fuel brand, paid, and social channels.
·       Increased earned media value vs. prior agency-managed programs.
 
Paid Partnerships
· Plan and execute paid influencer campaigns, collaborating with creators on high-impact branded content.
· Work cross-functionally with the paid media team to amplify influencer content and optimize performance.
· Partner with the affiliate team to leverage influencer relationships for conversion-driving initiatives.
 
Measurement & Optimization
· Track and report on influencer performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and earned media value.
· Continuously refine strategy based on data insights and evolving business priorities.
· Own influencer data, contracts, and processes to ensure operational excellence and scalability.

What You'll Need

· 4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle experience strongly preferred).
· Proven track record building and managing influencer programs — from organic gifting to paid partnerships — with measurable business impact.
· Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, content trends, and platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
· Strong relationship builder with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach.
· Passion for storytelling, community-building, and the Eberjey brand.
· Knowledge in Asana and Creator IQ/Tribe Dynamics a plus
