HVAC/R Account Manager presso DOC Maintenance LLC

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
• Provide data-driven reporting on service levels, equipment lifecycle, and performance metrics, including recommendations for equipment replacement or upgrades.
• Collaborate across departments to develop client-focused solutions that align with customer SLAs, DOC revenue targets, and field technician capabilities.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, including revenue performance, quarterly results, and annual forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts through strong relationship management and consultative selling.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, service, and administrative teams to ensure account satisfaction and continuous improvement.
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Background in HVAC service, management, or technical roles strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization.
