Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Control 4 Final Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Service Security, Structure, Sound, Camera, Intercom, and Life Safety systems for clients in timely matter
• Install and Service any and all low voltage systems
• Provide the industry’s best client service
• Have working knowledge of all company used products
• Use your good judgment in all situations
• Service Special systems and Life Safety systems to all company standards, Local and National codes
• Communicate daily job conditions as required, with the office and clients
• Answer questions and concerns regarding service work
• Process all required and needed paperwork in a timely manner
• Assist associates with technical questions
• Present and maintain a professional image for customers, including the assigned work area and company vehicle
• Make sure no system is left J or in an unarmed condition at anytime

• High School Diploma or GED required. Plus trade school and/or some related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
• Certified Control4 Programming for at least five years
• Lutron Lighting certification
• Installation experience of home automation-controlled shades
• A minimum of 10 years' experience with Audio/Video and home theater
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and installation manuals
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small groups situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
• Must be computer and software literate
• Must have working knowledge of digital meters, oscilloscopes, and sound meters
• Must be able to handle and set up different-sized ladders and scaffolding, and operate different types of lifts
• Must be able to use proper safety equipment for related task and personal protection
• Must posses a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
