You are applying for the position of HR Analyst II – Development Processes.

What we expect from you:

  • Support the implementation and governance of learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and local requirements.
  • Act as a connection point between CPS Manaus and the global department, contributing to the implementation of people development practices, policies, and projects.

What you need to have:

REQUIRED

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of training and development processes, preferably in an industrial/multinational environment.
  • Fluent English (able to conduct meetings, draft and review corporate documents) and intermediate Spanish (able to make yourself understood and understand others).
  • Knowledge of AI and remote collaboration platforms/tools such as Teams, SharePoint, etc.
  • Additional knowledge: Basic labor legislation, T&D methodologies, competency-based management, clear communication adaptable to different cultures.
