The Pharmacy Associate will act as the initial point of contact for ConnectRx patients that present to the pharmacy for prescription services. The individual in this role will be expected to greet patients arriving at the pharmacy in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. They will be responsible for accurately identifying the patients’ prescriptions, operating the pharmacy cash register/Point of Sales system and completing transactions. The employee will resolve customer issues as appropriate and escalate issues to the pharmacist as necessary. 

 The employee is expected to have a positive attitude, always display a friendly demeanor, and provide all around excellent service, providing a level of service our customers have come to expect from ConnectRx.  

Qualifications:

• One year customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in a retail setting preferred. 
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Positive work attitude.
• Detail oriented.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time. 

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
