Ft. Myers Academy, located close to stunning beaches, offers comprehensive care and treatment, specializing in evidence-based intensive mental health services. The academy is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a serene and supportive environment, designed to promote healing and recovery for individuals facing mental health challenges. With a focus on evidence-based practices, Ft. Myers Academy ensures that each client receives personalized, effective treatment tailored to their specific needs. 

 Pay: Salary Pay - $50,000 USD

 What you will do: 

The Transitional Services Coordinator is a member of the Rite of Passage Transition Program Team and is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, contact and supervision of the youth assigned to the Transitional Services Program. Assists the students with school enrollment, employment, family reunification and transition into the community. This position reports to the Transitional Services Manager.

To be considered you should:

Possess a BA/BS in the field.  Have a minimum of one-year experience working with at-risk youth and their families or other related experience. Must Possess a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.  Have a strong work ethic with the ability to perform work with little or no supervision.  Strong, effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.  Proficient in the use of computers and associated software.

Schedule: Typical schedule is Five days on, two days off.  Days of the week and hours may vary based on program needs.  Evening and weekend hours as necessary.  On-call duties as needed.
