Product Return Tech- 1st Shift presso Holley

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for the Product Return Tech position. Starting pay is $16.98 with hourly pay progression.

Summary of Job Duties:

• Inspects and analyzes returned units against established Holley warranty policies.
• Documents returned units using intranet reporting tools.  
• Distributes returned materials appropriately throughout the organization.
• Maintains an organized and clean work environment
• Maintains a safety-first mindset while performing all duties, ensuring compliance with company and OSHA safety standards. 
• Ensures accuracy of counts concerning returned goods and goods being distributed back into the organization. 
• Repackages unused returned goods. 
• Works flexibly as an individual and as a team player with all areas of manufacturing, engineering, sales, and customers.

Job Skills and Knowledge:

• Must be able to make quick, accurate decisions.
• Applicants must display excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Proficient computer skills are required (Excel, Word, and Syteline).  

Work Experience:

• A mechanical background is strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred. 
• Experience with Syteline is preferred.

Summary of Minimum Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required. 
• Must have the ability to lift a single carburetor or manifold repetitively throughout an 8-hour shift.  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed. 
• Forklift experience is preferred.
