Job Title: Associate Manager - TQM
Location: Chennai Office
Reports to (Position): Group Manager
Department/Function: Business Excellence - TQM

Purpose of the Job: Responsible to support initiation and sustenance of TQM projects through training, guidance and review with various functions.

Major Responsibilities: 

1. Promoting TQM culture through various training & awareness programs.
2. Guiding and supporting QC/QA team members in development of improvement projects.
3. Monitoring progress of various functions through project reviews, statistical tools and goal completion.
4. Supporting various functions to implement and improve key improvement projects through trainings and guidance.
5. Supporting in judgment of QC and QCC projects and other assessments.
6. Standardizing TQM systems & practices across departments.
   

KPI's: 

1. No. of MSA studies completed
2. % QC/CC participation
3. No. of QC story projects completed
4. % of audit projects completed within project timelines
5. % of injuries received free from CAPA requirements
6. Share of MSA related to PD, DWM, CCC, QC Story

Relevant Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant experience in TQM working in a reputed organization / Deming awarded company. 

Education Qualification(s): B.E / B. Tech any Engineering stream from reputed college/university
