Call CRNA – HCA Kingwood – $480,000 (W2) for 46 Weeks
We’re looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at HCA Kingwood, located in the thriving North Houston area. HCA Kingwood is a respected, full-service hospital providing advanced medical care across multiple specialties in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Position Highlights
- Call CRNA Positions Available
- $408,000 assuming an equitable distribution of calls among 12 annual salary
In-House Primary Call (24-hour):
- Monday–Thursday: $2,000 (flat rate for 24 hours with post-call day off)
- Friday: $3,200 (flat rate for 24 hours)
- Saturday: $4,800 (flat rate for 24 hours)
- Sunday: $3,200 (flat rate for 24 hours with post-call day off)
Secondary Call:
- Monday–Friday (after 7 p.m.): $500 beeper + $200/hour for clinical hours worked (verified with billing data)
- Saturday & Sunday: $1,000 beeper + $200/hour for clinical hours worked (verified with billing data)
- Paid malpractice and tail coverage
- Sign-on bonus available!
Qualifications
- Must have NBCRNA Certification and Texas CRNA APRN License
- Strong clinical background with ability to handle diverse case types
- Must be comfortable taking call and working in a collaborative anesthesia care model
