Software Engineer presso None

We’re looking for a generalist software engineer to join our team. We will deploy you against critical business problems from day 1, regardless of where in the codebase or the stack that they live. You might be asked to do any of the following: 

• Core backend work 
• Design and harden APIs; drive down p99 latency and raise reliability SLAs.
• Move large volumes of data across systems efficiently and safely; design idempotent, observable pipelines.
• Full‑stack product
• Build new products from zero: validate with design and PM, ship v1, iterate with customers. Extend existing lines into new markets and use cases
• Developer experience & infra
• Level up CI/CD, deployment automation, and runtime observability.
• Restructure code to be friendlier to AI‑assisted workflows (LLM‑aware refactors, better interfaces, stronger typing, test scaffolding).

Requirements

We’re looking for a true generalist for this role. Backend development experience is a must. 3+ years of experience at a high-commitment startup is ideal. Bonus points if you’ve also worked on devops, frontend, or AI-driven engineering workflows.
