We’re looking for a creative, all-around social media pro to join our fast-moving marketing team. You’ll help shape content strategy, track what’s working and share insights that fuel campaigns and storytelling across brands. From clever captions to community engagement, you’ll make sure every post feels on-brand, timely and authentic.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with sharp writing skills, great attention to detail and a passion for fresh, creative ideas. Experience creating and managing LinkedIn content for multiple brands is a big plus. If you’re curious, collaborative and ready to grow, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and tagged content across social channels
- Engage with mentions, partner content and relevant conversations to build authentic connections
- Surface user-generated content (UGC), customer feedback and cultural trends for the team
- Collaborate with the appropriate department to address and escalate customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist with content posting, scheduling, and calendar management across platforms
- Align tone, voice, and engagement strategy for each brand
- Conduct social listening, competitor analysis and performance reporting
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithms, creators, memes and engagement best practices
- Contribute ideas to shape campaigns, storytelling moments and brand initiatives
- Monitor and translate cultural and internet trends into timely brand content
- Write and edit copy that aligns with campaign goals, audience, and message
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Use analytics and creative problem-solving to recommend improvements to content, design or engagement tactics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive & Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Creative Mindset: Strong skills in content creation and a keen eye for engaging visuals and copy.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficient in Excel and capable of generating and interpreting social media reports.
- Strong Writing Skills: Excellent ability to write compelling and brand-aligned captions and posts.
- Relational Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with other departments and stakeholders.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $30.00 to $35.00 hourly, which equates to $62,400 to $72,800 annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
