We’re seeking a Data and AI Enablement Manager to drive enterprise-wide adoption of data and AI across Transgrid. In this newly created role, you’ll lead initiatives that improve data and AI literacy, access and usage — enabling smarter, more data-driven ways of working. You’ll influence and guide teams through communications, events, training and coaching, while building a strong community of practitioners and promoting the responsible use of data and AI.
About You
You’re an engaging communicator and change leader with a passion for innovation and new technology. You bring:
- 8+ years’ experience in data and/or change enablement, with proven enterprise-wide adoption outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certifications (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
- Strong understanding of AI and data adoption within organisations, ideally having led deployment of tools like M365 Copilot or BI/analytics platforms
- Expertise in communication and learning design, with a focus on behaviour change
- Ability to coach teams on responsible data and AI use, including privacy, security and governance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for influence and storytelling
