WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

The Enterprise Program Manager plays a central role in connecting strategy to execution across our client's organization. This role is responsible for shaping how programs are prioritized, governed, and delivered so that investments consistently advance enterprise objectives. You’ll design approaches that guide decision-making, help leaders weigh trade-offs, and ensure visibility into program performance at every level.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, thrives in fast-changing environments, and knows how to align diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: 

Driving Prioritization

  • Create and champion a structured prioritization approach that balances long-term vision with immediate operational needs.

  • Define criteria that measure the strategic value, risk, and feasibility of proposed initiatives.

Managing the Enterprise Program Portfolio

  • Lead scenario planning activities that help executives choose the right mix of programs and investments.

  • Build and maintain clear roadmaps that demonstrate how programs connect to organizational goals.

  • Track performance to confirm that initiatives are delivering tangible results.

Partnering with Leaders

  • Work alongside executives to define what success looks like, measure benefits, and adjust investments as business priorities evolve.

  • Provide leaders with concise reporting, dashboards, and analysis that inform decision-making.

  • Facilitate alignment conversations that keep everyone focused on enterprise-level objectives.

Enabling Change & Improvement

  • Simplify governance processes so decisions can be made quickly and efficiently.

  • Promote continuous improvement within program and portfolio practices.

  • Support organizational adaptability by ensuring processes remain flexible as business needs shift.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio oversight, or enterprise-level planning
  • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM or comparable platforms)
  • Experience influencing senior executives and guiding strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with proven stakeholder engagement success
  • A track record of improving processes and driving organizational change
  • Previous experience as a consultant is highly desirable!

 WHAT WE OFFER:

The annual salary range for this role is $140,000-$180,000.

LOCATION:

This role requires on-site presence at our client's location in Issaquah, WA.
