Job Title: Senior Brand Copywriter / Brand Copywriter

Role Overview:

As a Senior Brand Copywriter/Brand Copywriter at apna.co, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of one of India's most dynamic brands. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to craft compelling, impactful, and engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience. Your storytelling prowess and creative insights will help strengthen apna’s brand presence across multiple channels, from digital campaigns to social media, email marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop high-quality, engaging copy & video scripts for brand campaigns, influencer campaigns, digital ads, social media campaigns, product launches, emails, landing pages, and other marketing collateral for B2C & B2B audience.
  • Brand Voice & Tone: Ensure consistency of apna.co’s brand voice across all platforms, creating content that aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive user engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Storytelling & Messaging: Craft compelling stories around apna.co’s products, services, and impact, transforming complex ideas into simple, relatable narratives.
  • Research & Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and user insights to inform copy strategies and ensure relevance and innovation.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in brand copywriting, preferably in fast-growth start-ups, or agencies.
  • Creative Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing creative, high-impact content across various platforms and formats.
  • Mastery of Language: Exceptional command of English & Hindi with an ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy. Proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into creative copy that drives results.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with design, product, and marketing teams.
