Your Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, processes, guidelines and to driving quality initiatives for organization or process assigned.
- Provide technical guidance on quality system, processes, audits, methods, tools and customer-related quality topics for processes, tasks and organizations assigned.
- Coordinate implementation and sharing of corrective actions and lessons learned, foster standardization and ensure availability of technical and methodological know-how.
- Oversee delivery of training and technical support on quality process-related processes and methods.
- Consolidate KPI tracking and quality reporting, inform accountable management regularly.
Your Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 3 years in Quality/Manufacturing leadership role
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional time management
- Supplier Quality Engineering experience
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
Preferred:
- Training experience
- Program/project management experience
- Quality system and process audit capabilities
- Experience in similar role in an automotive manufacturing environment
