The Springs Resort and Spa is seeking a Bathhouse Supervisor to assist in managing daily operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the Bathhouse Manager in achieving operational goals.
Where You Can Make an Impact:
- Supervise bathhouse attendants and provide guidance during shifts.
- Ensure facilities are clean, organized, and safe for guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with scheduling and training team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
- Enforce safety and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the bathhouse area.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and events.
- Support the implementation of operational improvements.
- Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Bathhouse Manager.
Requirements
Education/Formal Training:
- High school diploma required; additional hospitality training preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service, with leadership experience.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
