Do you take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces? If you have experience operating floor equipment and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things spotless, we’d love to have you on our team! We’re hiring a Part-Time Housekeeper for overnight shifts (12 a.m. to 6 a.m.) to help maintain the beauty and functionality of The Classic Center. As a key part of our Operations Department, you’ll play an important role in keeping public areas clean and inviting. Your work will make a real impact on the experience of our guests, colleagues, and community.


TYPICAL WORK ROUTINE INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Extensive walking throughout the facility and facility grounds.
  • Completion of tasks and daily assignments as assigned cooperatively.
  • Perform general manual labor associated with set-up, custodial, maintenance, or housekeeping functions.
  • Maintain the public image of the Operations Department at all times when in the service of The Classic Center.
  • Maintain an irregular work schedule as required by the Operations Manager for events within The Classic Center.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Floor Tech experience not required, but a plus.
  2. Ability to demonstrate basic cleaning techniques.
  3. Ability to perform manual tasks requiring physical strength and perform reasonably heavy labor.
  4. Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions accurately.
  5. Related training and experience that offers a further understanding of custodial and housekeeping techniques is desirable.
  6. Ability and desire to work in a team environment and under the direction of a shift lead or manager on duty.


The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
