RF Design Intern

Job Description

The position is in Macom’s Milpitas, CA facility. The intern will be responsible for designing and characterizing Microwave Integrated Circuits, using GaAs pHEMT technologies.

General knowledge of semiconductors, microwaves, circuit theory, simulation tools and basic lab measurement techniques.

Qualifications:

MSEE already obtained, PhD studies underway.
