About The Opportunity
This position is responsible for ordering, cataloging, stocking, and assisting maintenance staff in ordering repair parts. Also responsible for creating requisitions for other site needs.Essential Functions:
The person awarded this position must be able to:
- Generate requisitions using CMMS and SAP
- Ensure that all required parts/equipment needed for the shutdown are available and staged for maintenance techs
- Create critical parts inventory for new and existing machines to ensure less down time due to availability
- Monitor location for proper min/max stocking levels and lead time
- Utilize computer system to organize parts by bin locations
- Monitor open purchase orders and back orders
- Ensure all invoices are received in SAP
- Support Maintenance Planner with parts availability for scheduling
- Arrange parts expediting as needed and keep management up to date on ETA’s
- Perform cycle count of actual stock to system reports
- Partner with a variety of teams and individuals across the entire plant
- Work necessary overtime, as needed
Valid forklift license must be obtained
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pay Rate:
Training $ 25.44
Qualified $ 26.46
Work Hours
Monday through Friday
6am to 2pm
