What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily operations of two affordable housing communities.

• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, Fair Housing laws, and company policies.

• Oversee rent collections, certifications, recertifications, and resident files.

• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships to ensure well-maintained communities.

• Foster a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and staff alike.

• Prepare and maintain accurate property records, budgets, and reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Property Management, ideally within HUD or other affordable housing programs.

• Yardi software experience is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• A compassionate, resident-centered approach.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
