The Director – Product Engagement will be responsible for implementing the change management and adoption strategies of our Innovation technology. The individual selected will have substantive and extensive experience with change management, training, and managing multiple stakeholders, products, and priorities

We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and refine change management and adoption strategies for Berkadia’s digital product portfolio.
  • Consult and oversee the management of change and adoption efforts.
  • Assess the scope and readiness for change, developing effective plans to drive change and adoption.
  • Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as necessary.
  • Lead teams and provide direction to effectively manage change initiatives.
  • Own the vision and execution of training and certification programs to reinforce technology adoption and proficiency.
  • Create and present updates and overviews to all levels of leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to execute and refine change management and adoption frameworks.
  • Skilled at assessing change readiness and working with business users, product partners, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and support.
  • Experience creating comprehensive change management plans that account for all aspects of change (analysis, plan creation, alignment, implementation, training, and adoption).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Effective consultation and advisory skills to build strong relationships and lead critical discussions to ensure alignment.
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar position
