I.S.A. Corporation is seeking a reliable, experienced General Maintenance Technician. We offer competitive compensation and a positive work environment. This position is full time 40 hours per week.
General Maintenance
Pay: $18 per hour

Duties / Responsibilities
Perform and/or oversee troubleshooting and maintenance necessary to keep facility operating at peak efficiency daily.
Perform shop maintenance, which includes repair, maintenance and calibration of test equipment. Perform design changes to equipment according to schematic drawings or other documentation.
MIG and TIG welding required. Read blueprints and drawings, take, and read measurements, follow specific instructions, weld components using manual and semi-automatic equipment, repair machinery, plan layouts and procedures, determine welding equipment to be used, set up components for welding, align materials using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces, test and inspect welds and structure for flaws, maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
Keep supervisor informed of progress, problems and concerns related to the facility; provide status reports as required and accept priorities as assigned.
Maintain commitment to a high standard of safety, comply with all safety laws and safety policies/rules, and report actual and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel to further a safe working environment.
Ensure working environment is clean.
Methods—Knowledge of the methods, materials, and tools used in construction, maintenance, and repair.
Computer Skills—Basic computer skills with office productivity software for e-mail.
Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
Written Communication—the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and can read and interpret written information.
Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
Quality control—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.

Safety and security—the individual actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
Requirements/Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read blueprints
- Basic math skills with ability to read tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly as well as climb stairs/ladders
- Good vision, hearing, smell, and balance
- Minimum of 3 verifiable references required
Shift/Schedule
- 8 - hour days
- 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Monday - Friday
