Pool Care Specialists of Central FL is looking for a Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential swimming pool systems. You’ll handle pumps, filters, automation systems, and lighting while ensuring top-quality performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, lights, and automation systems.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and verify system functionality after repairs.
Log service calls and repair details using a smartphone or tablet.
Interact professionally with customers, explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations clearly.
Work safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions throughout the year.
Manage your schedule independently and complete assigned service calls promptly.
Requirements
Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing residential pool equipment, or related experience in electrical or plumbing trades.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic tech proficiency (smartphone/tablet for service logs).
- Must live within 30 minutes of downtown Orlando.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Certification in pool maintenance or repair.
- Experience with automated or smart pool systems.
- Knowledge of water chemistry and balance.
- Customer service or client communication background.
