Position Summary
Atlas is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to lead and coordinate our production operations across multiple teams, including Inventory, CNC Post Process Fitting, Deburr and Prep, Manual Machining, Final Assembly and Finishing. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and timely delivery of products while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of production teams: Inventory, CNC Post Process Fitting, Deburr and Prep, Manual Machining, Final Assembly and Finishing.
- Manage resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability.
- Implement and maintain production workflows that optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all stages of production.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop team leads and frontline staff to build a high-performing culture.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to output, quality, and labor efficiency.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably in a multi-team environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and production schedules effectively.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.

Salary Range (DOE): $90,000-$120,000
