GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB - Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and general repairs in and around the resort as needed. 

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Regular and timely attendance for scheduled shifts
Perform general repair and maintenance of any equipment found in and around the resort / spa.
Responsible for accurate record keeping of assigned tasks.
Ensures that all safety systems are operable.
Responsible for properly utilizing safety equipment and gear.
Responsible for responding to guest room calls as required.
Performs all work in a neat and professional manner.
Keeps work area clean and orderly at all times.
Maintains proper uniform at all times.
Resolves guests’ issues
Projects a friendly and hospitable atmosphere to all guests.
