What You’ll Do:

  • Promote and uphold Nytech’s core values in every interaction
     
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with professionalism and care
     
  • Get familiar with our products and services to answer common questions confidently
     
  • Accurately take and relay messages when needed
     
  • Help maintain and manage our ESA (Energy Savings Agreement) programs
     
  • Make “happy calls” to check in with clients after service
     
  • Bring attention to any significant client concerns that need manager involvement
     
  • Be a positive ambassador for the Nytech brand
     
  • Pitch in with additional duties as needed
