Summary: The Machine Operator runs the laminator machine and provides basic adjustments as needed. This person has knowledge of all facings, fiberglass types, and tab combinations. Follows all safety procedures and understands all safety equipment. Responsible for quality of all rolls including, but not limited to tabs, glue usage, poly usage, roll length, and labeling of rolls as needed. Directs activities of General Labors to keep production running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily safety checks.
• Enter information on production forms.
• Set up Machine.
• Operate laminator and understand all functions of production.
• Perform routine adjustments to the laminator as needed.
• Monitor all safety equipment. 
• Perform compliance testing and understanding all relevant aspects of quality.
• Assist with general clean-up.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform forklift operations and in compliance with the Forklift training and safety guidelines.
• Will be required to perform all other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• One year of production or warehouse experience, required.
