Join Brightstar Lottery, where innovation meets precision. As a Flexographic Press Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality instant lottery tickets using the most advanced flexo presses in the industry. Our cutting-edge technology empowers you to deliver exceptional graphics, secure production, and outstanding service to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate flexographic presses based on job specifications and production schedules
- Select and prepare Anilox rolls, print sleeves, and substrates for each job
- Mix and manage inks, ensuring proper PH and viscosity for optimal print quality
- Monitor print quality using web inspection systems and strobes
- Adjust plates and impressions to maintain registration and meet quality standards
- Track production metrics including footage printed, ink usage, and quality samples
- Load/unload print sleeves and rolls of material, and operate the unwinder during production
- Collaborate with the Press Lead to ensure smooth operations and timely output
What You Bring
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical, manufacturing, or printing environments
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours per shift
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and performing physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and twisting
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Preferred:
- Experience with flexographic press operations
- Familiarity with ink mixing and custom color matching

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
