Supports the supply chain team with administrative, analytical, and reporting activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate monthly rod reconciliation
- Receive and record supplier invoices
- Verify rod receipts, input prices and ensure invoices match
- File invoices
- Collaborate with plants on monthly rod perpetual records
- Update rod reconciliation file
- Summarize and report rod reconciliation
- Collaborate with Finance to resolve mismatches and other invoice issues
- Leased equipment administration
- Coordinate Purchase Order issuance and receipts as needed to enable payment of invoices.
- Maintain leased equipment listing and notify when leases are nearing end of term.
- Sales administration for Chemours and Craig Wire enamel
- Receive and track purchase orders.
- Coordinate shipments with plants and create necessary documentation as needed.
- Monitor shipments from Rea facilities to ensure they occur when needed.
- Request invoices from Accounts Payable once shipments have taken place.
- Scrap Administration
- Update, track, and maintain monthly scrap sales orders for the plants.
- Maintain scrap pricing spreadsheet.
- Coordinate invoice updates with Rea Accounts Receivable and provide updated invoices to scrap buyers as needed.
- Send scrap RFQ’s to potential buyers and organize results for review
- Scorecard administration
- Compile plant scorecard data into scorecards for each supplier
- Review and ensure completeness of scorecards.
- Send scorecards to suppliers quarterly.
- Update scorecard tracking spreadsheets and archive records as needed.
- Purchase order entry for identified corporate-purchased items
- Execute identified tasks and projects as assigned
Position Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Experience in financial transactions and record-keeping preferred
- Knowledge of systems/processes related to procurement, production and inventory
- Very strong Excel skills
- Good communications skills, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems in general
