The Program
The Young Graduate Development Program is a three-year rotational program designed to introduce recent graduates to all aspects of the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain in Beerse, Geel or Ghent.
The successful trainee for this specific job posting will be assigned to the Engineering & Property Services function.

The Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) organization at J&J is where we own, build, and maintain the spaces that enable innovation and care. With expertise in Facility Management, Project Delivery, and Real Estate, E&PS supports operations across multiple J&J sites. As a Supply Chain Young Graduate, you’ll rotate through various business units, collaborate with internal and external partners, and gain a broad understanding of how E&PS contributes to the wider J&J mission.
Throughout the program, you’ll be involved in projects that enhance how we manage and maintain our buildings, while contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency and support more sustainable ways of working. You’ll help shape the infrastructure behind our production areas, R&D labs, and office spaces — ensuring they’re ready for what’s next.
The support
You will receive support for every project and can count on the experience of your Assignment Manager. Moreover, the Program focuses on personal development. Throughout the rotations the Young Graduate is coached by a Development Manager, focusing on a tailor-made development plan to fit his or her ambitions and aspirations.
By creating a general overview of the business, the Young Graduate will be ready for a new challenge within the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain organization. After these 3 years-the Young Graduate will look for a final placement within the company. The start date will be September 2026.
Qualifications
You will obtain a Scientific Master’s degree in 2026 and have a strong interest in Production & Supply Chain.
An additional Master's in Management is considered a plus to develop the necessary business acumen.
You have the brainpower and innate drive to make the difference and achieve results. Thanks to your analytical skills you manage to understand complex issues and related business needs.
You are decisive, proactive and not shy to take ownership
You can work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Thanks to your communicative and interpersonal skills you manage to work together with different levels of our organization.
You are fluent in English and Dutch.
